“I work with people and organizations because I’ve seen, in very different environments, how much potential gets lost when leaders are left alone to fail under their blind spots.”

Born in the South of Italy, a professional ballet dancer before moving into the world of organizations through a Master’s Degree in Management and a 10+ year career in HR .

Across scale-ups and large corporates, from fast-growing Berlin companies to complex international environments, I kept encountering the same patterns:

-> capable managers struggling, teams losing energy, and businesses paying the price.

Over the years, I’ve supported organizations at very different stages, from early companies after their first investment to large-scale growth and transformation projects. What connects all of them is this:

-> when managers are supported in how they lead, people do better work and the business too.

This is why my work today combines hands-on HR consulting with coaching and conflict resolution.

I help managers become more aware, more grounded, and more effective, so they can enable others instead of unknowingly blocking them, and lead without burning out themselves or their teams.

My focus is practical while empathetic: helping build structures that last, enable leaders succeed, support employees navigate the complex universe of work, and address what often remains unspoken.
