Sustainably remodel your career for good with Life Transformational Coaching.

Feeling stuck in an unfulfilling career? Maybe it’s time to transform your life for good, and use your resources in a sustainable way. How? With Transformational Coaching.

Scary, the feeling of changing job, company or even more career! And yet, remaining there, doing what one does not really feel inspired or fulfilled about, with colleagues who do not really resonate with who you really are, or in that company whose mission you don’t really buy to, can feel draining, very frustrating and can often lead to mental and physical disease.

What to do then, where to start from, when one deeply knows that there is another path to be sought, to feel a meaningful sense of purpose, resonation and meaning?

Life Transformational Coaching has helped many people who found themselves in these shoes, to get rid of old hindering beliefs anchored in fear and doubt to ultimately take a chance to significantly reset the compass toward that path.

How? By shining clarity on who you really want to be, what your true purpose is and how can you make that become real in this world.

Easier said than done, many say!

Yes, let's not hide it: change might be hard at times. Definitely better going though that than half-happy forever, though! The path of change, regardless of which area of life, is definitely not a linear way up but a meandrous way made of repetitive ups and downs, packed with a multitude of systemic and social components, that more often than not make the journey turbulent.

Next to that though, the way holds many deep realisations, and an otherworldly reward at the end: a new you! A you in line with all facets of the self, a you that resonates with all the elements of life. At the end there is the professional path full of purpose that gives meaning and enlightenment instead of frustration and draining.

Coaching is human-sustainability and social regeneration!

Coaching does help to get going on the path of change, that is for sure. Not only, though. Coaching encourages a thorough and deep exploration of one’s true meaning and purpose. That allows us to look at life in a holistic way, by seeing all components as integral slices of the same wheel.

That said, Coaching fosters a life change that is not valid only for tomorrow but for one’s entire existence. And it’s therefore a regeneration embedded in a sustainable approach that is doomed to last.

But how does it work in practice?

Coaching usually might start with observing the individual as a whole, by looking at all the various aspects of one’s life and how each area has an impact on the others.

It continues by observing behaviours and intentions by investigating how they might be influenced  by our doubts, fears and so-called hindering beliefs that we carry genetically and from our first years of life.

The ultimate goal is to reach the desired objectives of the client, by starting small, with daily habits, observing the thoughts that keep us away from taking the path that the client knows deep within is meant for them and is meant for the better.

Motivation tricks, action frames, planning strategy and many more practical tools come into play to make the coaching conversation a success.

How to find the right coach for your transformation?

During their coaching training, Coaches build Avatars, personas with whom the coach is more likely to be successful when working together. How? Looking at culture and personality traits, professional ambitions, locations and mindsets.

Therefore the first step might be to ask in your surrounding circle if anyone has had experience with a life coach, or has heard of one. By asking friends one can guess that the coach choice of a friend might suit you as well.

Another recommendation could be to ask your HR team, if you work in a company. They might have a pool of coaches to suggest.

Long story short

Life Transformational Coaching will help you to get to the next stage of your life, by questioning where you are and why, where you want to get to and how to get there. On top of that, this will be done in a sustainable way, by making sure that the regenerative transformation is geared in systems made of small, consistent and long lasting pieces of change.
