Hands-on HR support when needed.
I temporarily take on the role of People & Culture Generalist, HR Lead, or Head of People, ensuring continuity in operations, decision-making, and people processes while a permanent solution is being defined.
02 — TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING
Practical support across the full hiring cycle.
I help design and run recruitment processes, from role definition and hiring workflows to interview structures and employer messaging, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with the organization’s needs.
03 — HR FOUNDATIONS & HR TOOLING
Making sure the basics work autonomously, so HR can function properly.
I support selecting, implementing all HR tooling: from HRIS and ATS to talent enablement suites. I design, rollout and optimise HR processes such as contracting, policies, on- and offboarding, performance frameworks, and internal guidelines, adapting them to the company’s size, structure, and stage of growth.
04 — TALENT MANAGEMENT
Supporting employees and managers in leading and developing.
I work with leadership and teams on performance management, feedback practices, role clarity, and development conversations, helping translate people strategies into concrete practises and management behaviours.
05 — WORKSHOPS & TRAININGS
Focused sessions on real workplace challenges.
I design and facilitate workshops and trainings on topics such as communication, conflict management, leadership, and collaboration, tailored to the specific context and needs of the organisation.
